Web Questionnaire

Dear Sir/Madam,

RADICAL is a European FP7 Coordination Action, in the ICT domain, whose objective is to complement an e-Health framework focusing on Security and Privacy (S&P) in handling medical and genetic data. In particular, RADICAL aims to identify guidelines for the evolution of S&P in the e-Health environment, taking into consideration technology advancements, business and societal needs as well as ethical issues.

In order to develop a formation of e-Health-stakeholder opinion, your personal perspectives and practice as expert of S&P and/or e-health fields are of outstanding importance to RADICAL. This is the reason why we kindly ask you to spend some of your valuable time (no more than 10 minutes) to answer this questionnaire that is specialized in four parts for four different categories of interviewees.

We strongly believe that the derived results and recommendations developed by RADICAL and related networking activities in this domain will be very useful to you and your interested parties, to identify the diversity of the S&P aspects. Filling in the questionnaire will permit us to improve coordination at the European level on this subject and you will benefit from our feedback and organized events.
